France–Türkiye Youth Collaboration: Social Hackers Lab Visit in Antalya

Building Bridges: Strengthening France–Türkiye Youth Cooperation in Antalya

Old School Green Association hosted Sonia Omakhir, a project development expert from Social Hackers Lab, in Antalya as part of an international collaboration initiative focused on youth work and partnership development.

🌍 Field Visits and Knowledge Exchange

During the visit, several youth centres and institutions in Antalya were explored together with young participants. These field visits provided an opportunity to observe and evaluate social, cultural, and sports support models offered by youth centres in real-life settings.

The participation of the Antalya Governorship further enriched the process, allowing discussions on local authority models and institutional cooperation.

🤝 Towards Stronger International Partnerships

The visit created a dynamic environment for exchanging ideas, comparing systems, and identifying common goals. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on potential partnership opportunities and collaborative projects between France and Türkiye.

More than just a study visit, this initiative marked the beginning of concrete steps toward new joint projects and long-term cooperation.

🌱 The Future of Youth Collaboration

This experience once again demonstrated that youth work grows through connection, dialogue, and shared vision. By bringing together international expertise and local experience, the project laid a strong foundation for future collaborations.

New partnerships are already on the way, reinforcing the importance of cross-border cooperation in empowering young people and strengthening communities.

The visit of Social Hackers Lab to Antalya stands as a key milestone in developing sustainable France–Türkiye partnerships. With strong connections established and new ideas generated, Old School Green Association continues its mission to expand international collaboration and create impactful youth projects.
