Job Shadowing Mobility

Job Shadowing Mobility 2026 is a 5-day international training program organized by Old School Green Association in Antalya, Türkiye. The program combines artificial intelligence, social inclusion, and ecological practices to equip participants with practical skills aligned with Erasmus+ priorities. Through workshops, job shadowing, and field visits, participants gain hands-on experience and develop innovative approaches for youth work and community impact.

Hum(AI)n Ethics

The Hum[AI]n-thics: Innovate with Conscience Erasmus+ Youth Exchange was successfully implemented in Trikala, Greece, bringing together young participants to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and ethics. Following a comprehensive pre-departure preparation process, participants embarked on a transformative journey filled with learning, intercultural exchange, and self-discovery in one of Greece’s most inspiring natural and cultural settings.

A World Without Borders

This international seminar was held in June 2025, bringing together partners including CIFIR, Backslash, and Old School Green to transform research into practical action. The training focused on five key pillars: language access, psychosocial support, legal procedures, employment pathways, and local coordination. Through hands-on workshops and simulations, participants developed concrete tools such as referral systems, first-contact scripts, and coordination models. The seminar aimed to equip organizations with ready-to-implement solutions to better support refugee youth.

Stepping Beyond Tents

This project was carried out in 2024 as a multi-phase international research and policy initiative led by CIFIR, Backslash, and Old School Green. It focused on understanding the challenges faced by refugee youth through surveys, focus groups, and field research conducted across different countries. The project resulted in a practical five-point guideline addressing key issues such as language barriers, mental health, access to services, and social inclusion. It aimed to support organizations and policymakers in creating safer and more inclusive youth policies.

The AI Ethics Lab – Hands-On Tools to Govern Bias in the Euro-Med Area 

This training module, The AI Ethics Lab, offers a practical and accessible introduction to ethical and responsible use of AI in the Euro-Mediterranean region. Facilitated by Geleneksel Yeşil Çevre Derneği, it focuses on real-life cases, helping participants understand bias in AI systems and how different regions approach AI governance. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore ethical dilemmas, analyse case studies, and develop simple tools such as checklists and action plans. The course is designed for non-technical participants who want to apply ethical AI principles in their communities and organizations.

Youth Can Participate

The Youth Can Participate Erasmus+ project was implemented in partnership with Aubiko e.V., bringing together young participants from Türkiye and Germany to explore youth participation in decision-making processes. Taking place in Hamburg and Antalya, the project combined intercultural exchange, political visits, and non-formal learning activities to empower young people and strengthen their understanding of democratic engagement.

Sunrise Project- Anna Lindh Foundation

In March 2024, under the support of the Anna Lindh Foundation grant, an intern from the Sunrise Project in France contributed to the social responsibility activities of Antalya Yavuz Selim Anatolian High School. The project focused on developing students’ creative skills through a hands-on photography workshop, where participants learned about photography techniques and lighting before taking part in a photography contest.

The AI: Preventative Solutions to Misinformation in the Euro-Mediterranean Region training module, facilitated by Old School Green Association, brings together participants to explore how artificial intelligence can combat misinformation. Through interactive sessions, the program focuses on ethical frameworks, real-world challenges, and practical tools to address misinformation across the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Agricultural Structures and Irrigation Applications Project is a collaborative initiative with Akdeniz University Faculty of Agriculture, focusing on sustainable farming, smart agricultural technologies, and efficient water management.

The project combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in areas such as greenhouse systems, irrigation, and modern agricultural tools, aiming to improve productivity and support the future of sustainable agriculture.

Old School Green Association Cultural Diplomacy Training Course Project

Cultural Diplomacy Project

The Cultural Diplomacy within Erasmus+ project was carried out in two phases in Greece—first in Athens and then in Nea Kallikrateia—bringing together young participants from across Europe in partnership with Horizon for Youth. The project focused on promoting cultural diplomacy, intercultural dialogue, and youth leadership, particularly empowering young women. Through study visits, cultural activities, and non-formal learning methods, participants explored cultural heritage, strengthened international connections, and developed a deeper understanding of how culture can unite societies.

Online Education For Adult Educators: Development and Presentation

The Erasmus+ training course “Digital Education First Aid Kit” took place between May 15–21 in Antalya, Türkiye, bringing together 20 participants from Italy, France, and Türkiye. Coordinated by CIFIR France, the project focused on improving digital education skills through topics such as instructional design, digital media, and innovative tools for online learning. Through interactive and non-formal learning activities, participants developed practical competences to create effective online educational experiences while strengthening international collaboration and cultural exchange.

Hug to Healthy Life

The “Hug to Healthy Life” Erasmus+ Youth Exchange brought together young participants from different countries in the peaceful mountain village of Pedoulas, Cyprus. As a continuation of the first phase held in Antalya, Türkiye, the project focused on promoting a holistic understanding of health through non-formal education, intercultural exchange, and shared experiences. Participants explored how a healthy lifestyle goes beyond academic knowledge, combining physical, mental, and social well-being within an international learning environment.

Don't Read, Analyze Deeply

This Erasmus+ youth worker training course project brought together participants from different countries to strengthen media literacy, intercultural dialogue, and social inclusion. Through non-formal learning methods such as collaborative work, role-playing, and project-based activities, participants actively engaged in critical thinking, communication, and creative expression. The project also aimed to increase awareness of the Erasmus+ programme and promote the inclusion of disadvantaged individuals while fostering international cooperation and cultural exchange.

Be Attractive, Don’t Be Addicted
Youth Exchange

This project was implemented in two parts in 2022, taking place in Marseille and Antalya, focusing on substance addiction and its impacts on individuals and society. Participants explored the psychology of addiction, its consequences, and the role of harmful habits such as alcohol, drugs, and technology. The project also emphasized prevention methods and raised awareness through interactive sessions and real-life insights. It provided a comprehensive understanding of addiction as a global health issue.

Youth Exchange

This project took place at the COB eco-project, focusing on sustainability, natural building, and regenerative farming practices. Participants engaged in hands-on workshops covering topics such as permaculture design, eco-construction, renewable energy, and zero-waste living. The project provided practical learning experiences in areas like natural cosmetics, low-impact cooking, and food preservation techniques. It aimed to empower young people through experiential education and promote sustainable lifestyles within an international community.
