Online Education For Adult Educators: Development and Presentation

The Erasmus+ training course “Digital Education First Aid Kit” took place between May 15–21 in Antalya, Türkiye, bringing together 20 participants from Italy, France, and Türkiye. Coordinated by CIFIR France, the project focused on improving digital education skills through topics such as instructional design, digital media, and innovative tools for online learning. Through interactive and non-formal learning activities, participants developed practical competences to create effective online educational experiences while strengthening international collaboration and cultural exchange.

The Erasmus+ training course “Digital Education First Aid Kit” was successfully held between May 15–21 in Antalya, Türkiye. Coordinated by CIFIR France, the project aimed to enhance the quality of digital education by equipping participants with practical skills and innovative tools for online learning.

Enhancing Digital Education Skills

The training brought together 20 young participants from Italy, France, and Türkiye, creating a collaborative international learning environment. Throughout the programme, participants focused on strengthening their digital competences and improving their ability to design and deliver online educational activities.

Key topics included instructional design, digital media, and the use of new tools and technologies. These sessions enabled participants to better understand how to create engaging and effective online learning experiences.

Learning Through Practice and Collaboration

Participants actively engaged in hands-on workshops and group activities, allowing them to apply their knowledge in real-life scenarios. By working together, they developed creative ideas for digital education events and explored innovative approaches to facilitate online learning.

The project emphasized non-formal education methods, encouraging interaction, creativity, and active participation.

Dissemination Event in Kaş Youth Center

As part of the project’s sustainability and outreach efforts, a dissemination event was organized at the Kaş Youth Center in Antalya. The event, titled “I Share My Experience”, brought together volunteers from the Antalya Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, members of the Old School Green Association, and international participants.

During the event, participants took part in cultural and social activities such as traditional archery, darts, stone painting, and a city tour of Kaş. These activities strengthened intercultural connections and allowed participants to share their experiences with the local community.

Promoting International Cooperation and Impact

The project not only improved participants’ digital education skills but also fostered international collaboration between organizations and young people from different countries. By sharing knowledge and experiences, participants contributed to the development of more accessible and effective online education practices.

The Digital Education First Aid Kit training successfully empowered participants with essential digital skills and innovative approaches to online learning. It strengthened their ability to create impactful educational content while promoting intercultural exchange and cooperation within the Erasmus+ framework.
